01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, services, and products operated by Austin Research Products (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

02Products & Research Use Only

All products sold by Austin Research Products are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. Products are not manufactured, marketed, or sold for use as drugs, food, cosmetics, medical devices, household products, or for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary application.

By placing an order, you certify that you are a qualified researcher or an authorized representative of a research entity, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you will use the products solely for lawful research purposes in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

03Orders & Payment

All orders placed through our websites are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or that violate these Terms.

Payment is processed through the methods made available at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Prices, product availability, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice.

04Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders from Texas using the carriers and service levels selected at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer once an order is tendered to the carrier.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@austinresearchproducts.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

05Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research-use-only products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue through replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Program Description
The Austin Research Products Notifications program delivers a combination of transactional, customer care, and promotional messages to subscribers who have opted in. Message types include: (1) order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, delivery notifications, and account alerts; (2) replies and follow-ups from our customer support team; and (3) marketing and promotional messages such as new product announcements, restock alerts, sales, discount codes, and time-limited offers. Subscribers may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP, while still receiving order-specific transactional messages tied to active purchases.
How to Opt In
Opt-in to the program is voluntary, requires affirmative action by the user, and is never a condition of any purchase. There are three opt-in channels available on austinresearchproducts.com: (1) Checkout opt-in: when placing an order, customers can check an unchecked box labeled “Send me text updates about my order and exclusive offers from Austin Research Products” that includes full disclosure of message types, frequency, rates, HELP/STOP keywords, and links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. (2) Account registration opt-in: when creating an account, users may check an unchecked box with the same disclosure to enroll in the program. (3) Dedicated SMS sign-up form: a standalone web form at austinresearchproducts.com/sms-signup allows users to enter their mobile number and submit the form, with the same on-page disclosure. In all three cases, by checking the box or submitting the form you affirmatively consent to receive recurring text messages from Austin Research Products sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the number you provided. After opting in, subscribers receive a one-time confirmation message restating message frequency, rates, and HELP/STOP keywords.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity, account activity, and current promotions. You may receive transactional messages whenever an order or account event occurs, and promotional messages on an occasional basis. On average, subscribers receive no more than 10 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for pricing plans and details. Austin Research Products is not responsible for any such charges.
Supported Carriers
Messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and most other wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive any further messages from us. If you want to opt back in, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 07Accounts & User Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to attempt to interfere with the operation of our systems, or to resell or redistribute products in violation of applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, has violated these Terms.

08Intellectual Property

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Austin Research Products or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

09Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Austin Research Products and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our websites, products, or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Austin Research Products from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

10Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Effective” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
